Our driver aims to arrive within approximately 20 minutes in Bangkok service areas, subject to traffic, weather, driver location, and vehicle availability.

After-Hours Service

Our standard emergency service operates from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM. If you require transportation outside these hours, please call us first. We will do our best to assist, subject to driver availability.

Important Notice

Bangkok Pet Taxi is a pet transportation service, not a veterinary ambulance. Our vehicles do not provide medical equipment, oxygen, veterinary treatment, or professional emergency medical care during transport.

Customers must inform us clearly before dispatch about the pet's condition, including:

• Active bleeding or open wounds

• Vomit, urine, feces, or severe diarrhea

• Infectious or contagious conditions

• Aggressive, unconscious, or unstable pets

• Any condition that may soil, damage, or create a safety risk inside the vehicle

Pets with bleeding, vomiting, urine, feces, or other bodily fluids must be secured in a suitable crate, carrier, waterproof liner, absorbent pad, towel, or protective covering.

Bangkok Pet Taxi reserves the right to refuse or cancel the service without compensation if the customer provides incomplete or incorrect information, does not follow the service terms and safety instructions, or if the pet's condition creates an unacceptable risk to the driver, vehicle, pet, or other persons.
