Grooming salons can usually estimate the finishing time based on your pet’s size and coat condition:

Small 60–90 minutes

Medium 90–120 minutes

Large 120–180 minutes

Extra-large or special grooming More than 180 minutes

Please ask the grooming salon for the expected completion time and inform us when booking. Our driver will drop your pet off and return to collect them when the grooming is finished.

The vehicle or driver used for the return pickup may be different from the vehicle or driver used for the original drop-off, depending on availability and scheduling.

Actual grooming time may vary due to coat condition, matting, pet behaviour, bathing, drying, nail care, or additional services requested by the owner.
