Airport Meet & Greet

Bangkok Pet Taxi provides convenient airport pickup and drop-off services for passengers travelling with pets at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK).

Airport Transfer Rates (0–50 km)

• SUV: THB 1,700

• Van: THB 2,400

The same rates apply for both airport arrivals and departures within the Bangkok metropolitan area (0–50 km).

Arrival Pickup

After your flight lands, the typical airport process is:

• Passenger luggage: approximately 40 minutes

• Pet collection: approximately 50 minutes

Actual times may vary depending on the airline, airport operations, customs procedures, and arrival traffic.

When You Are Ready

Once you have collected your luggage and your pet, please send us a message or call us to let us know you are ready for pickup.

Our drivers are normally on standby within approximately 15 minutes of the airport, with both SUVs and Vans available.

There is no need to contact us before completing the airport arrival process.

Important Pickup Information

Airport regulations do not allow vehicles to wait at the passenger pickup area for extended periods.

If you call too early, airport police may instruct the driver to leave the pickup zone and make another loop around the airport, which may increase your waiting time.

For the fastest pickup, please contact your driver only after you have exited customs and are completely ready to leave the terminal.

Departure Drop-off

Departure transfers are simple and straightforward.

Our driver will take you, your pet, luggage, and travel crate(s) directly to the correct airline departure area, allowing plenty of time for check-in and airport procedures.

Unlike arrivals, there are no waiting restrictions for departure drop-offs.
