Waiting Time

This service follows the same waiting policy as our Round Trip Service.

Complimentary Waiting Time

0–5 km 60 minutes

5–10 km 70 minutes

10–20 km 90 minutes

20–30 km 120 minutes

If the complimentary waiting time is exceeded, an additional waiting fee will apply according to our Round Trip Service policy.

Don't Know Your Return Time?

No problem. If you are unsure when your appointment will finish, simply let us know when you are making payment at the veterinary clinic.

Most routine veterinary visits, vaccinations, and annual check-ups take approximately 60-120minutes, allowing our driver to plan the return trip efficiently.

If you expect your visit to take longer or require additional tests or treatment, please inform us in advance so we can recommend the most suitable service, such as an Hourly Charter.
