Choosing the correct travel crate starts with accurate measurements. Please measure your pet while they are standing naturally on a flat surface. These measurements help us recommend the safest and most comfortable crate for air or ground travel.

Measurement A – Body Length

Measure from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail.

Do not include the tail.

Measurement B – Shoulder Height

Measure from the floor to the top of the shoulders while your pet is standing naturally.

Measurement C – Body Width

Measure the widest part of your pet's body, usually across the shoulders or chest.

Measurement D – Overall Height

Measure from the floor to the highest point of the head or ears (whichever is taller) while your pet is standing naturally.

These details allow our team to recommend the correct crate size before your journey.

Crate Size Requirements

A properly sized travel crate should allow your pet to:

• Stand without the head or ears touching the roof

• Turn around comfortably

• Lie down in a natural sleeping position

• Sit comfortably without restriction

If your pet is between two crate sizes, we generally recommend selecting the larger size for greater comfort and airline compliance.
