Bangkok Pet Taxi provides professional pet import services for dogs and cats arriving in Thailand through Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).

We can assist whether your pet is travelling with you or as international air cargo.

Pets Travelling With Their Owner

Your pet may arrive as:

• Checked baggage (excess baggage)

• In the aircraft cabin (where permitted by the airline)

• Service animal (subject to airline regulations)

Import Permit Assistance

THB 1,500 per pet

We can assist with preparing the required Thailand Import Permit before your arrival.

Owners may also choose to complete the import process themselves through self-clearance.

Typical Arrival Timeline

After landing:

• Passenger luggage: approximately 40 minutes

• Pet collection: approximately 50 minutes

Actual processing times depend on airline operations and airport procedures.

Air Cargo Pet Import

For pets travelling without their owner from anywhere in the world, Bangkok Pet Taxi offers a complete customs clearance service at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).

Flat Rate

THB 12,000 per pet

The same price applies to all dog and cat sizes.

Service Coverage

We provide full import clearance only at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), Bangkok.

Phuket International Airport (HKT) customs clearance service is currently not available.
