Suvarnabhumi Airport Information Guide

Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) is Thailand's main international airport and the primary gateway for pets travelling overseas.

If you are travelling with your pet, allowing time for a final toilet break before check-in can help make the journey more comfortable.

Pet Toilet Area

A designated outdoor area is available for pets before entering the terminal.

Location:

• 1st Floor (Ground Level)

• Cross the road from the terminal building

• Located next to the outdoor parking area

• Grass-covered area suitable for a final toilet break

Please keep your pet on a leash or inside a secure carrier at all times while outside the terminal and clean up after your pet.

Before Check-in

We recommend giving your pet time to:

• Toilet before entering the terminal

• Drink a small amount of water if appropriate

• Relax before the check-in process

• Stretch their legs (where permitted)

Once inside the terminal, pet access may be limited depending on airport and airline regulations.
